All sessions are 1-hour sessions that include a Fitness assessment. The assessment will help me determine if there are any physical imbalances with your body from either past injuries or just from bad posture. This session is the most crucial because it will help determine your program and fitness level.
The one-on-one per session rate is $60 per session rate. No agreement is necessary for this program. I call this program my try-out for those who aren't sure about committing just yet.
Month-to-month Subscriptions for the 4x a month program are $220 at a $55 per session rate.
3-Month Subscription 6x a month program are $300 at a $50 per session rate.
One-on-one Virtual Training session Via Zoom $45 per session rate. I recommend this program for the ladies who are formula with proper form.
